I found Ludo intriguing on No Reservations and so bought this book. There are a few recipes I have found so far that a relatively normal person or budding foodie might be able to manage, but it has largely been uber-foodie in its recipes. The pages dedicated to the storytelling of LudoBites are interesting. It was a mind blowing experience!I bought this cookbook for my nephew, a budding chef, who was leaving for a post at a game lodge in Botswana. I had a chance to flip through the book and quickly ordered another for myself.This is not the book for people looking for traditional fare, it is for someone who wants to experiment and explore new ideas with food! The unique story of the pop up is great, also fascinating insight into the quirky, obsessiveness of the food blogger. Having shared a table with a group of food bloggers, many spent more time photographing than eating, Bruno's story gave a great take on this group.
